    1. What are the benefits of having an account with HappyKiwis?

    2. How would I know if you have received my order and payment?

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification from us (HappyKiwis), same goes for when your payment has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation as well upon the products' shipping for your own reference.

    What if I did not get an order confirmation email? A confirmation email is sent right away after you place your order. If you are not able to see it in your mail, we suggest you check your junk/spam folder as the email may be blocked occasionally. If you are still not able to see the mail, please kindly email us at

    4. What payment options do you accept?

    At the moment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, POLi, Afterpay, Laybuy, and Zip payments on all orders at the HappyKiwis website.

    5. How can I apply for a return and refund

    You must submit an application through our website if you want to return goods.

    (1)Submit a request online "Returns”(,and wait for the email.

    (2)You can drop off or courier the product once your request has been approved. You can leave after dropping it off. If you choose to return by courier, you need to bear the risk of damage on the way.

    (3) After checking, Once the product meets both the criteria of this Returns Policy above and the Warning in the product description, we will refund you, it usually takes 15 working days.

    (4) However, if the product returned does not meet the criteria of this Returns Policy above or the Warning in the product description, the product will be returned to you again at your expense. The product will be discarded after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.

    6. Can you let me know when the new stock gets back in?

    Sure, we recommend you pre-order so that your information will be recorded in our system. We will inform you when it re-in-stocks.

    7. How can I pre-order if some item is not available?

    (1) You can come to our physical store to deposit 50% of the payment or transfer it to our company account. Meanwhile, we will print/send a GST invoice for you.

    (2) We will inform you when the stock arrives, and you come to pick it up and pay the rest money.

    8. Do you have a warranty on your product?

    We stand behind all our products. All of our products carry a 7-DAYS  warranty (return to base) if not specially stated.  Customers are obliged to inspect and test the product within 7 days. If you find any faulty product you purchased, please come to our shop to replace or return it within 7 days after your payment. We will fix or replace the faulty products. A refund will be given only if a replacement is not available. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer. The shipping fee is not refundable. The warranty does not cover unauthorized repairs, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse, or use of a product for which it was not designed. The warranty does not cover if your purchase was used for business/commercial purposes. It must be highlighted that we do not accept and we are not responsible: Customers claim that they just opened and used it for the first time after 7 days of purchasing. 

    9. Can we get a full refund by using AfterPay, Laybuy, and Zip when requesting a return and refund?

    Based on the explanation and policy of AfterPay, Laybuy, and Zip company currently, they provide payment service and charge a certain service fee ($5.00+Payment Amount * 5.5%). The service fee can not be refunded by AfterPay, Laybuy, and Zip because the service has been completed when you pay. Our merchant account only can receive the amount that has been minus the service fee. Therefore, the amount refunded is what we received, which has already been minus the service fee. However, we recommend transferring the amount of payment to credit which can be used to buy any other products at any time from HAPPY KIWIS.

    10. Why I was told some products are "Not Available" but it shows "In Stock" on the website?

    We are sorry to hear this. The information on the website usually lags behind the warehouse due to system reasons. We recommend that you contact us to confirm the stock before you make a purchase to avoid trouble. If you have paid but are being told "Not Available", you can choose "Refund" or switch to the "Preorder" process. "Preorder" means we will inform you when the new stock arrives if you keep the order.

    11. Can I get a discount due to the long drive and purchase a lot?

    Unfortunately, our price is fixed, Because (1) We have already set the price at the bottom due to the strategy of "Small Profits but Quick Returns ". (2) We respect and treat every individual customer equally, the price is the same for all customers.

    However, we highly recommend you follow our Facebook so that you can receive Specials, New Arrivals, and other good news directly sometimes.

    12. Do you provide assembly services and how much it will be charged?

    We provide assembly services and generally charge $60-100 depending on the time-consuming. We promise to use materials that meet specifications and quality, and we do the best we can to meet all product functions. However, customers can not be intentional and too picky and request returns after assembly. The reasons are: (1) Assembling furniture is time-consuming and the assembly fee has been paid to the handyman which can not be refunded, (2) it will also increase our cost of storage, and (3) it will affect resale. 

    13. Can we return and refund after assembly or partial assembly?

    Unfortunately, assembled or set-up products can not be returned and refunded. All products need to be inspected before assembly or setting, you can rerun them before you assembly or set up if you are not satisfied. Once assembly (including partial assembly) is started, goods cannot be returned and refunded, such as furniture, gazebos, etc. However, we can replace the board if you find some damaged board. Or If any parts are missing, we will reissue the missing parts.

    When you are in the process of assembling a product by yourself, you suddenly find that you ultimately cannot finish it. It is extremely unlikely a product problem, 99.9999% of it is caused by your assembly error. Our suggestions at this time are: (1) We know you may not be happy in that situation but you have to stay calm and use a calm voice to contact us. Because we cannot communicate effectively with an angry person. (2) And send us pictures or videos to explain the problems you encounter. (3) When we understand the problem, we usually give two solutions:

    Option A, Free: We will point out the problem and you can fix it yourself. Or

    Option B, Charged: We provide a paid assembly service. You need to drop off the product (do not disassemble it if you have started assembling it) at our warehouse, and we will ask a handyman to assemble it for you. The charge is generally $60-100 depending on the time consuming, You may not be able to collect on the same day, and it will take 1-3 days. We will inform you when it is ready for pickup.
