WARNING

in the tank (i.e., NO dry burning).

2. Insulation Principle:

The heating element placed in water (or edible oil) generates heat, raising the

temperature to a set level. The heat is then transferred to the food containers,

maintaining a stable temperature.

3. Usage Instructions:

3.1. Add an appropriate amount of water into the water pan before powering on the

device.3. 2. Connect the power source according to the voltage requirements and connect

3.3. The equipment has been properly grounded, but connect the power cord of this

device must be properly grounded, and all wiring must be installed by professional

personnel.

3.4. Once the device is powered on, it can be used immediately. As the water

temperature rises to about 60–80°C, turn the temperature adjustment knob

clockwise to set it within this range. At that point, the heating element begins to work.

When the water temperature reaches the set value, the green indicator light turns off,

indicating that the heating element has stopped working. However, the water

temperature will continue to rise briefly after the green light goes out. Once it drops

below the set temperature again, the heating element will restart.

3.5 During use, if the set temperature accidentally exceeds 100°C, the temperature

controller will automatically shut off. This is because once the water in the container

evaporates (i.e., there is no water left to heat), continuing to heat beyond 100°C

could damage the heating element. The automatic shutdown is a protective measure.
